Rainie Williams
     It all begins with the code; the intention of this book is to help you understand the world of the streets. No matter whom you are or what you believe about the streets, these codes will open your eyes, and for those in the game give you the power to manifest as an individual. These codes will help one disconnect there grind from the salty delusion of the streets.
     The 10th code was written from the heart and can awaken you to realize the downfall of those in this game. I have taken the best of perennial philosophy and put it into a language that everyone can understand. This book can change your perception of the game and show you what it is about and what it can be.


Biography: 
Rainie Williams was born and raised in North Philadelphia, and at an early age got into the criminal life style where he would be sent to George Jr. Republic all boys juvenile placement in Grove City Pennsylvania in 1998.    After completing George Jr. in 2002, Rainie attended Cheyney University where he played for the basketball team ran cross country, and became a humbling member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity Inc. and later earned his Bachelors of Art degree in Psychology in 2008.

     After graduating from Cheyney, Rainie moved out to a small town in Pennsylvania to attend grad school, and on the side he sold crack cocaine. After playing the fence between school and the streets for a few months, Rainie was arrested and sentenced to serve 3 to 6 years up state for “Manufacturing / Possession with the intent to deliver 58 grams of crack cocaine. 

     While in prison Rainie wrote a host of books and screen plays, all dealing with his personal issues. But focused most of his time on his main project called “ The 10th Code”.
